Pork Salad Croissants
2 c. diced cooked pork tenderloin
1 med tart apple, diced
1/2 c. halved seedless red grapes
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 T. chopped walnuts
2 T. chutney
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
Lettuce leaves
4 croissants, split
In a bowl, combine the first 8 ingredients; mix well. Serve on lettuce-lined croissants.
