Wakefield Pork highly appreciates the hard work put forth by its labor force!

Naspig is an engaging employee incentive program developed as a creative way to recognize superior work by WPI employees. Based on the highly popular NASCAR sport, farms earn points based on production performance. The forty week season starts in March with quarterly winners recognized every 10-weeks and overall season winners in December.

Naspig has invoked a healthy competitive spirit in our company and has provided a fun method in which employees can track and monitor their production goals.
